Refund policy

We guarantee the quality of our services. If the problem we were contracted to repair persists after our service call has been completed, please notify us within 30 days of the service date and we are happy to make a return visit at no extra charge. Note, we do not warranty parts that fail due to normal wear-and-tear or manufacturer defect. New defective parts or equipment may be replaced or returned subject to the manufacturer’s warranty within 30 days of purchase/installation. We will guarantee parts or components that fail post factum of a repair or installation, only if the part or component failure was a direct result of the work we performed.
